Responsibilities
- Source and vet top-tier candidates for urgent client placements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-demand positions
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients in Atlanta
- Leverage ATS systems to track recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and staffing industry regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in staffing high-volume roles in Atlanta market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and niche platforms
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
