Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across 15+ industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to placement
- Develop client relationships through strategic account management
- Leverage ATS and CRM systems for data-driven decision making
- Conduct market analysis to identify talent trends and opportunities
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Houston market
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly KPIs (20+ placements/month)
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday ATS
