Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across multiple industries including healthcare, tech, and manufacturing
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms and social recruiting to build robust talent pipelines
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of Fresno's evolving job landscape
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and client satisfaction
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Strong knowledge of Fresno's job market and key industries
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification a plus
