Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates across Mesa's diverse industries using ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ local businesses to understand talent needs
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Implement targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions using LinkedIn Recruiter and niche job boards
- Manage candidate pipeline with 95% placement rate target and 25+ active requisitions
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns for key accounts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Mesa's healthcare, tech, or manufacturing sectors
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification preferred
- Strong understanding of Arizona labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Metrics-driven approach with demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs
- Valid Arizona driver's license for client site visits
