Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche tech forums)
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and technical assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from initial outreach to offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand evolving hiring needs
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to refine recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience or agency/staffing background
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level tech roles
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment with KPIs like time-to-fill and submission-to-hire ratios
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
