Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs in Louisville's tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand hiring requirements and organizational culture
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with optimal opportunities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Leverage digital platforms and networking to expand talent pipeline and market presence
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS system while ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and client retention strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing environment
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and client satisfaction goals
