Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions including healthcare, IT, and administrative roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with perfect-fit roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ATS metrics for performance tracking
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job advertisements and employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong knowledge of Fresno's job market and key industry sectors
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Greenhouse
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines while maintaining quality
- Relevant HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
- Valid driver's license for local client/candidate meetings
