Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (IT, Finance, Healthcare, Engineering)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital sourcing
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand staffing requirements and culture fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track metrics and optimize workflows
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry events
- Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service and market insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in recruitment/staffing with proven track record of meeting KPIs
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Strong proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Deep knowledge of Fort Worth's job market and industry trends
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Professional Recruiter (CPR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
