Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations to clients
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for candidate management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical or specialized roles
- Expertise in candidate sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven recruitment metrics
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
