Responsibilities
- Sourcing and placing specialized tech talent (developers, DevOps, data scientists)
- Full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Managing client relationships and pipeline development
- Leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Implementing diversity hiring initiatives
- Utilizing Greenhouse and Lever ATS platforms
- Conducting market research on salary benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience (agency preferred)
- Proven track record placing software engineers
- Expertise with Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.)
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- ATS certification (SHRM-SCP or CTS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 50+ successful placements
