Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique business needs and culture fit.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify salary trends and competitive advantages.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions and ensure timely placement of candidates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences, ensuring retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
