Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries including finance, tech, and healthcare
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Leverage ATS platforms and social media to build diverse talent pipelines
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close placements efficiently
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with proven track record
- Expert knowledge of Charlotte's job market and talent landscape
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated success in meeting KPIs
