The Role:
As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and placing highly qualified candidates into roles ranging from administrative to technical sectors. You will play a crucial role in helping businesses solve their workforce challenges while helping candidates advance their careers.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various positions in Healthcare, Engineering, and Administrative sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Organize and attend local job fairs and networking events in the New Orleans area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Bullhorn).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the New Orleans metropolitan area.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requisitions.
