Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced sourcing techniques, job boards, and networking
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement quotas and revenue targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities for both candidate and client relationships
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Knowledge of Jacksonville's local job market and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
