Your Role
As a Recruiter Trainee, you will play a vital role in connecting top talent with top companies. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the placement process.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential job candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and career goals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Interview candidates face-to-face and present them to hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms to secure placements.
- Manage client relationships to ensure high retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree a plus but not mandatory).
- Must be willing to learn and work hard; no experience necessary.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the metro Atlanta area for client meetings.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Basic proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite.
