Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
- Screening Calls: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates efficiently.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
