Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to identify passive candidates and conduct initial phone screens.
- Client Management: Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical and cultural needs.
- Placement Strategy: Develop effective recruitment strategies to fill open requisitions quickly and efficiently.
- Negotiation: Negotiate salary offers and contract terms with both candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide weekly activity reports to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Seattle, WA.
- Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on closing deals.
- Drive: High energy and a proven ability to meet placement targets in a high-volume environment.
