Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, and engineering sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand hiring requirements and company culture
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Leverage applicant tracking systems and CRM tools to optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable hiring recommendations to clients
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction rate through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Deep knowledge of Fort Worth's talent market and key industries
