Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients in manufacturing, IT, and healthcare
- Develop and nurture robust talent pipelines across multiple industries
- Leverage data-driven strategies to optimize hiring metrics and time-to-fill
- Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques including social media and Boolean searches
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and industry best practices
- Mentor junior recruiters to foster team growth and excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/corporate recruitment experience with measurable results
- Proven expertise in technical and non-technical talent acquisition
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional negotiation and candidate relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Demonstrated success in high-volume, fast-paced environments
