Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across multiple industries (tech, healthcare, finance)
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Develop and maintain robust candidate relationships through personalized communication
- Partner with account managers to understand client staffing needs and expectations
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from screening to placement and onboarding
- Leverage ATS platforms, social media, and networking to build diverse talent pools
- Track key metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for maximum efficiency
- Represent the agency at industry events and career fairs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Proven ability to meet/exceed placement KPIs in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of Denver's local talent market dynamics
- Ability to thrive in target-driven, fast-paced settings
- Professional certification (CPSR, CSP) preferred
