Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: interviews, offers, onboarding, and follow-ups
- Develop strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and preferences
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and metrics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets and KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and niche skill acquisition
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of Albuquerque's local job market and talent landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
