Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job postings to onboarding support
- Leverage ATS systems and job boards to identify top-tier talent
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments for cultural/technical fit
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume searches simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills for candidate evaluation and market research
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CSCP certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for local client meetings
