Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from offer to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in a high-volume environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (placements, billings)
- Expert knowledge of Detroit's talent landscape and key industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches with competing deadlines
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CSP) preferred
