Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including IT, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, placement, and onboarding support
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media platforms to build talent pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve quarterly placement and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Expertise in candidate sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with client and candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Results-driven mindset with data-oriented approach to recruitment
