Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking) to identify qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic workforce solutions.
- Track key metrics (KPIs) to ensure consistent performance and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
