Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and logistics
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Utilize ATS platforms and social recruiting tools to identify passive candidates
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skill assessments
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide feedback to candidates/clients
- Track KPIs including placement rates and time-to-fill metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/corporate recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong understanding of Indiana's talent market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
