Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across diverse industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, and placement of qualified professionals
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with 15-20 key client companies to understand hiring needs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events
- Drive candidate experience through personalized communication and interview coordination
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting for leadership visibility
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and closing
- Strong understanding of Columbus's job market and key industry sectors
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with C-suite experience
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Valid driver's license for local client/candidate meetings
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
