Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build strategic partnerships with Memphis-based businesses
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for talent acquisition
- Meet weekly KPIs for candidate submissions and placements
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (client site visits required)
