Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses in Louisville to understand their hiring needs and pain points.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from order intake to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on salary trends and industry demands in the Louisville market to provide accurate guidance to candidates.
- Contract Administration: Ensure all compliance paperwork and time tracking are accurate for temporary placements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or client relations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional tone and persuasion.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple pipelines and candidates simultaneously using CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or Excel).
- Drive: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales and placement targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in a high-paced environment.
