Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (IT, Finance, Healthcare, Admin)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement onboarding
- Present candidates with weekly pay solutions to accelerate hiring processes
- Utilize ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to maximize talent pipeline efficiency
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends in NYC
- Exceed quarterly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate/staffing agency recruitment
- Proven track record placing candidates with weekly pay options
- Expertise in NYC talent market across multiple sectors
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid NY State Staffing License required
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication in English and Spanish a plus
