Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect candidate-fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards to build robust talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks to provide strategic advice
- Maintain accurate CRM data and recruitment metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Greenhouse
- Strong understanding of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Experience recruiting for technical or healthcare roles highly preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
