Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced recruiting techniques including social media, networking, and targeted outreach
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to match talent with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement onboarding
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for hard-to-fill positions across diverse industries
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate databases and pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding and candidate attraction strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven success in high-volume recruitment across multiple industries
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and ethical recruiting practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport at all levels
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn) and recruitment analytics
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed KPIs and placement targets
