Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client assignments across healthcare, IT, finance, and light industrial sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital recruitment platforms
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and interviews to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with proven track record in agency or corporate environments
- Deep knowledge of Albuquerque's job market and key industry sectors
- Expertise in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with demonstrated placement success
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
