Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment techniques
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital platforms
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs and business objectives
- Utilize CRM systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate onboarding and placement success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment data and performance metrics
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
