Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through advanced recruitment channels including LinkedIn, ATS databases, and industry events
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and interviews to ensure cultural alignment and technical competency
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers to define talent requirements and expectations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks to position candidates competitively
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems and provide weekly recruitment analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing technical, healthcare, or finance professionals
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) with data-driven approach
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport at all organizational levels
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
