Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to address niche talent needs
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for candidate management

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill positions
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Sacramento's local job market and industries
- Proficiency in recruitment software and ATS platforms
- Professional Recruiter (CPR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
