Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for client positions using advanced recruitment techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies across multiple job boards and social platforms
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to successful placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools for efficient workflow
- Collaborate with sales team to meet client KPIs and service level agreements
- Stay current with industry trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement and revenue targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment methodologies
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment with high performance standards
- Valid Nebraska driver's license for occasional client meetings
