Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key industry contacts
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with role requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and staffing software efficiently
- Provide weekly payroll support and ensure timely candidate compensation
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and relationship building
- Strong knowledge of Omaha's job market and key industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and staffing technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
