Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and technical assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate hiring partners
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate onboarding
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our CRM system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in NYC market
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in professional services
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid New York State Staffing License
