Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced recruitment strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to match skills with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to placement onboarding
- Develop creative sourcing campaigns to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic talent acquisition insights to clients
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate pipelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of successful placements in Virginia Beach's key industries
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and interview methodologies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-CP or CERP certification preferred
