Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles using ATS platforms and networking strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent requirements
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment metrics and pipeline health
- Represent the agency at industry events and career fairs to expand talent network
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong understanding of Tampa's job market and key industry sectors
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive presence
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
