Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and skill assessments to match talent with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure successful placements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality placements
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates, manage pipelines, and generate reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market dynamics to provide strategic recruitment advice
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and expanding our market presence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various industries and job levels
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruitment technologies
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed placement metrics
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client meetings
