Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various industries.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and job boards to ensure maximum visibility.
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, recruiting, or administrative support role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for client visits.
