Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (Software Engineering, IT, Data Science) from requisition to offer.
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a cultural fit.
- Manage the entire interview process, negotiate offers, and close placements efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' technical needs and market salary trends.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical staffing or recruiting.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly placement quotas.
- Strong proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for relationship building.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet client needs.
