Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to fill open positions across various industries.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using social media and professional networks.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and salary trends.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding orientations for new hires.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales is preferred but not required for top performers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with a high degree of autonomy.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
