Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions in healthcare, warehousing, and industrial settings
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Manage candidate onboarding and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track placements and metrics
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill night shift roles
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment workflows and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven success placing candidates in night shift or 24/7 environments
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland's industrial and healthcare landscape
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work flexible hours
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field preferred
