Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various industries, including Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Corporate.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial job posting to onboarding placement.
- Build and maintain a robust database of potential talent and client relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements are met accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
