Responsibilities
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Applicant Tracking: Manage and update candidate profiles and job orders in our advanced ATS system with 100% accuracy.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth logistical process.
- Market Expansion: Utilize social media and professional networks to actively market open positions and attract high-quality talent.
- Client Relations: Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide updates on candidate progress.
- Administrative Support: Prepare offer letters, employment verifications, and other necessary documentation for the team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or administrative support is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems, MS Office Suite, and applicant tracking software (ATS).
- Reliability: Must be available for the specified part-time hours and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
