Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage qualified candidates actively.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit against client requirements.
- Client Relations: Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand job specifications and provide regular status updates.
- Placement: Manage the end-to-end placement process, including negotiating offers and providing onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends in the Philadelphia area to advise candidates on salary and career paths.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is a strong plus, though we are willing to train motivated self-starters.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines and client deadlines simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
