Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Minneapolis
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate data
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with sales team to develop staffing solutions for key accounts
- Ensure compliance with EEO and labor regulations in all recruitment activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with corporate or agency background
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
